While growing up in San Mateo, CA I spent a lot of time learning how to fish many of the south bay lakes, Anderson, Calero, and Coyote. I have fished in many tournament circuits such as, Bassmaster, FLW, US Open, and Angler’s Choice since the age of 16. In 2006 I was on the cover of Bass West, and had a featured article written about me titled “Young Guns”.
